Outcomes

What changes, and when.

  1. By week 4You can explain what generative AI is and isn't, in your business's terms.
  2. By week 8You've made the build, buy or wait calls and set guardrails.
  3. By week 12You present a pilot plan your CEO and your team will back.
The program

Three phases. Your company’s real AI questions are the case study.

Phase 1

Understand

  • Intake: where AI fits in your business
  • Hands-on: learning the techniques and using the tools yourself
  • Recalibrating work
Phase 2

Decide and lead

  • The decisions only you own
  • Leading people through it
Phase 3

Prove and sustain

  • Proving value
  • Staying current without the hype
  • Capstone: present your plan

This is for you if

  • You’ve been tapped to lead your company’s AI initiatives, or soon will be.
  • You're C-suite or senior leadership at a media, entertainment or production company.
  • You want to understand it yourself, not outsource the thinking.

It isn't for you if

  • You want a tool to buy or a vendor recommendation.
  • You want AI to be plug and play.
  • You need your team trained, or AI content produced for you.
Next step

Questions

Before you book.

Is what I share confidential?

Yes. Everything discussed stays between you and Elizabeth. Clients are never named without their permission.

How much time does it take each week?

A 90-minute session every two weeks, plus about an hour of hands-on work in between.

Can my company pay for it?

Yes. It's typically run as executive development, invoiced to the company.

Remote or in person?

Sessions run by video. In-person sessions are available in Atlanta.

What happens after the program?

Graduates can continue in an alumni advisory: lighter-touch check-ins as the plan rolls out.
